Mojo Monday #120

Bei Mojo Monday gibt es diese Woche eine tollen Sketch. Mir gefällt er zumindest sehr gut.

At Mojo Monday there is a wonderful sketch this week. At least I like it a lot.



Ich habe mich für den Sketch für das Keep Cozy Set von The Greeting Farm entschieden. Mir haben die Schneemänner so super gut gefallen.

Ich coloriere ja schon sehr lange und auch viel mit Aquarellfarben, aber dieses Mal habe ich mal so coloriert, wie JayJay es in ihrem Tutorial beschrieben hat und die Farben kommen noch viel intensiver zur Geltung. Nun werde ich mir wohl aber doch noch neue Stifte besorgen müssen, denn ich habe nicht die vielen Nuancen, die sie hat, d.h. ich arbeite mit unterschiedlichem Druck, aber ich finde das Ergebnis auch sehr schön. Der einzige Unterschied ist, daß ich nicht mit einem Pinsel aquarelliere. Ich habe vor einiger Zeit für mich die Mischstifte von SU! entschieden. Der Vorteil ist die gleichbleibende Flüssigkeit, die einen schönen Farbverteilungseffekt garantiert. Letzten Endes findet jeder seine bevorzugten Medien, ich selbst habe mich schon immer mit dem Pinsel schwer getan und so ist es für mich die perfekte Alternative.

I decided to you the Keep cozy set by The Greeting Farm. I liked the snowmen so much.

I´m coloring since a long time now and also with watercolors but this time I colored the way JayJay described in her tutorial and the colors look much more vivid. Now I will have to get new pens because I don´t have all the nuances she has that means I´m doing different pressure but I like the way it turned out. The only difference os that I´m not using the brush. Some time ago I discovered the blender pens by SU! for me. The advantage is the permanent wetness which gives a good behaviour in blending the colors. After all we all find our preferred materials and for me the brush was always difficult to handle so this is the perfect alternative.
But head ober to peep at her tutorial, it is really helpful.
