E-A-C #104 In the garden

Heute haben wir bei E-A-C wieder eine tolle Challenge für euch. Sie heißt "in the garden". Und da ich ja meinen Garten heiß und innig liebe ist das ein super Thema für mich. Ich verbringe so viel Zeit wie möglich im Garten, obwohl ich dieses Jahr aufgrund der heißen Temperaturen auch einige Male drinnen war.

Ich habe mich für die Magnolia Erdbeer-Tilda entschieden. Ich hatte mir in den Staaten einen Papierblock gekauft, wo so klasse Erdbeer-Hintergrundpapier dabei war, das schrie mich praktisch an. Dazu paßt meiner Meinung nach grün super gut. Ich habe das Papier mit meiner Stempelglede-Bordüre verziert.
Dazu kam der tolle Spruch, der leider nicht mit gehört, von dem ich aber Abdrücke ergattern konnte.
Ich habe das Motiv bewußt über das Oval herausschauen lassen, mir gefällt es so.

Today we at E-A-C have a wonderful challenge for you called "in the garden". As I´m a passionate garden lover this is a cool topic for me. I like to spend as much time as possible in the garden even though this year also I was inside a lot because of the super hot temperatures.

I decided to use the strawberry Magnolia Tilda. I bought a pack of cool papers in the states including cool strawberry backgroundpaper which was shouting at me to be used. For me green is a great coordinating color. I stamped the paper with my Stempelglede border stamp.
Then I added the saying which unfortunately isn´t mine but I could get some images.
I made the image look over the oval on purpose, I like it that way.



In die Mitte der Blüten habe ich gelben Stickle gesetzt.

I added yellow stickle to the center of the flowers.



Die Blüten sind eine Kombination aus rot und grün und einem Perlencap. Da sie schon so reich verziert sind habe ich nichts in die Mitte gesetzt.

The flowers are a combination of red and green and a pearl cap. As they already have a lot of details I didn´t make a center.



Das Gesicht habe ich mit Copics coloriert. Ich finde, es ist ganz schön geworden. Ihr wißt ja, daß ich normalerweise nicht mit Copics arbeite, aber da ich ausnahmsweise diese Farben auch da habe wollte ich es mal probieren. Man kann sie wirklich auch super mit Prismacolors kombinieren.

I colored the face with copics. I think it looks good. As you know usually I am now working with Copics but this time I had the colors so I wanted to try them. You can combine them easily with Prismacolors.



Die Erdbeere in der Mitte des Spruchs habe ich mit rotem Stickle verziert.
