Perlenbastelnachmittag bei meiner Mutter / Pearl craft afternoon at my mother´s house

Ich selbst bastle nicht mit Perlen. Ich habe es versucht, es macht mich total verrückt, alle diese kleinen Perlen zu fädeln. Außerdem ist meine Mutter super gut darin, da frage ich lieber sie, ob sie mir nicht was machen möchte.

I myself don´t craft with pearls. I tried it once, it drives me crazy to work with these tiny little pearls. And above all this my mother is so good at it that I always ask her if she can make something for me.

Vor einer Weile fragte sie mich aber, ob ich nicht mal an einem Workshop teilnehmen möchte. Ich würde dort vor Ort Tipps bekommen und mein Material kaufen können. Also sagte ich zu. Samstag war es dann soweit.

Some time ago she asked me whether I want to join a workshop. I could get hints there and also buy the material. So I said yes and saturday was the day.

Ich habe ihr erst einmal ein paar kleine Schenkis gemacht.
Ein Glas Marmelade habe ich mit einem kleinen Anhänger verziert.

First I made her some goodies.
A bottle of jam I decorated with a little hanger.




Eine Box mit Schoki habe ich ihr gemacht.

Und dann ging es los. Wir bekamen zu Beginn jede Menge Produktinfos und meine Mutter wurde schon ganz kribbelig, weil sie loslegen wollte. Schaut mal auf dem Bild, wie ihre Wangen glühen *lol* Ich könnte mich schräg lachen, weil sie mir immer sagt, ich solle nicht aus aufgeregt sein, jetzt weiß ich, woher ich das habe.

And then we started. At the beginning we got a lot of product information and my mother was getting so nervous because she wanted to start. Take a look at the picture, how red her cheeks are *lol* I could laugh my head off, she is always telling me not to be so nervous, now I know where that comes from.

Es war ein super schöner Nachmittag, wir haben super viel gelacht. Aber ich kann sagen, daß es nicht zu meinem Hobby werden kann. Es ist mir viel zu anstrengend, all die kleinen Perlen und das Ausprobiere.

Ich denke, ich werde demnächst wieder meine Mutter bemühen *gg*

It was such a nice afternoon, we laughed a lot. But I can say that this will not be my hobby in future. It´s too exhausting, all these little pearls and all that trying.

I think in the future I will ask my mom again *smile*
